A short note is enough.

Useful information to include, if you have it:

  • ContextA short description of the organisation and the system or programme in question.
  • ObjectiveWhat you would like to be different at the end of the engagement.
  • ConstraintsAny timing, regulatory, or platform constraints we should know from the outset.
  • Reply toThe best person for us to answer, if it is not the sender.

We reply personally, usually within a few working days, either with a proposed working session or an honest note if the scope is not the right fit for the studio.
